What is Life and Wellness Coaching?

Coaching develops confidence through exploring what it is you REALLY WANT in life and what your willing to stand for.  Focusing on your own personal development produces positive results in effective relationships both personally and professionally.

A Coach is trained to listen so that you feel heard and understood, and to empower you to create the life you want.  Someone to act as a sounding board for their strategies and hold you accountable to your commitments.

The aim of Coaching  is to empower you to come up with your own strategies so that you can continue to achieve your goals long after you have stopped working with us. We help you to see things from a different perspective, support you, and task you to take immediate action.

Coaching is face to face however if work and home commitments are tight a phone coaching session can be arranged.

Intial Consults 75mins

Standard Consultation to follow are 60

A minimum of 3 sessions is required.

The number of coaching sessions and resources is determined by the amount of contact and involvement the client needs at the time.
